The fully automatic hot melt adhesive dispensing machine is mainly used, but not limited to, the dispensing of adhesive in the lead-acid battery manufacturing industry. The machine adopts PLC and touch screen control, with a carbon steel body. Key electrical components are selected from internationally renowned brands and high-quality acid-resistant, wear-resistant materials (PVC/ABS materials). The product is transported by a roller conveyor to the designated position. After clamping and positioning by a cylinder, the hot melt adhesive is dispensed into the product through a three-axis automatic operation track. The adhesive is supplied by a precision metering pump according to the product’s process requirements, completing processes such as mixing, heating and insulation, anti-curing, and cleaning. Multiple control valves are used to complete the automatic dispensing of adhesive. Our dispensing machine features a compact structure, attractive appearance, accurate dosage, simple operation, fast running speed, low failure rate, and easy maintenance.
