Fully automatic CNC Through-Wall Welding Inspection Machine
Application: it is used for poor insulation or short circuit detection and reverse pole detection of motorcycle battery before through-wall welding (only suitable for cooked plate), through-wall welding of pole ear, welding quality inspection of solder joint after welding and secondary short-circuit detection.
Operation: the battery is automatically inputted into the machine and located accurately by optical fiber induction. Computer control automatically completes the whole process of poor plate insulation or short circuit detection and reverse pole detection before through-wall welding, pole ear through-wall welding, welding quality inspection and secondary short-circuit detection after welding, and the battery is automatically sent to the next process after welding inspection.
