The machine has a total of 3 stations (2 drilling stations and 1 cleaning station). The equipment is highly automatic, the servo control shift is accurate and fast, the photoelectric switch automatically senses and locates, and the equipment is equipped with waste dumping and recovery device.
1) Application: it is used for drilling holes and dumping waste through-wall welding of battery shell of conventional motorcycle.
2) Operation: the battery shell is automatically inputted into the machine by optical fiber induction, and the whole process of battery shell drilling is automatically completed by computer control (3 or 5 holes in A station, 2 or 5 holes in B station, and waste dumping station in C station). The perforated battery shell is automatically transported to the tipping station, and the battery shell is clamped and rotated 180° by the clamping device to empty the waste after the battery is punched. After emptying, the battery shell rotates to the original position, the clamping device is released, and the battery is automatically transported to the next process after dumping.
3) main configuration: A3 steel frame, SS304 stainless steel conveyor belt, Japanese MITSUBISHI PLC/HMI (7 inch) / servo, SMC pneumatic components, Schneider low voltage electrical appliances.
