1) use: it is used to test the air tightness of motorcycle battery after heat sealing. 

2) Operation: the battery is automatically inputted to the machine by optical fiber induction, and the test head is automatically lowered in place, and the computer control automatically completes the whole process of charging and testing the inner cavity of the battery. If it is unqualified, i sends out an acousto-optic alarm. Push the unqualified battery i t automatically nto the unqualified product area; if qualified, the battery is automatically transported to the next process. 

3) Features: there are 2 testing stations in this machine. The equipment testing accuracy is high, the action is controlled by PLC, safe and reliable, the equipment adopts Japanese FUKUDA intelligent air pressure detection meter, the testing time and pressure difference can be arbitrarily set (1, 3, 5 FUKUDA 2, 4, 6 simultaneous detection, equipment adopts 2 independent pressure regulating valves / 4 Japanese FUKUDA intelligent air pressure detection meters), which can meet different production process requirements of customers. 4) main configuration: A3 steel frame, SS304 stainless steel conveyor belt, Japanese MITSUBISHI PLC/HMI (7 inch), Japanese FUKUDA intelligent air pressure meter, Japanese SMC pressure regulator, SMC pneumatic components, OMRON optical fiber, Schneider low voltage electrical appliances.
