01 12V Power supply by electric system

The 12V battery on the new energy vehicles can also be used as a redudant power supply to provide redundant power for safety functions. 03 Waking up the high voltage lithium system

Before entering the working mode, the safety detection must be performed by the control unit, and electric energy required by the control unit is provided by the 12V battery. Therefore, if the 12V battery is in the state of excessive loss of electricity, the high-voltage lithium battery will not be able to wake up and eventually start the vehicle .


04 Security status change

New energy vehicles from the "high pressure system off" state to the "vehicle static" state also needs a second energy source to ensure the basic safety features like the wiper, lights, brakes, steering.. When the vehicles are at full speed, such as in an emergency, the high pressure system needs to be turned off instantly, and then the low pressure system needs to be able to keep the gate lock, sound, navigation system etc. working when the high pressure system is turned off.
