Employee Activities Better Tech Group Held the 2024 2nd Quarter Point-to-Gift Party and Birthday Party

On the afternoon of July 19^th, 2024, Better Technology Group Limited (Better Tech Group for short) threw the 2^nd quarter Point-to-Gift Exchange and Birthday Party in its factory, and all the employees actively participated in this activity. Under this point-to-gift incentive system, we can see that every employee’s hard work was converted into reward points, which represent their pains and gains. We believe that everyone will reap fruits from his or her endeavors.

Since 2021, the Point to Gift incentive system has constituted one of the important corporate culture features in Better Tech Group, which is highly valued by the leaders and actively participated by every staff. Under this institution, every staff’s endeavor is measured by the specific points that promote healthier competition and cooperation, so that the spiritual motivation of staff for gaining points can be transformed into a strong power supporting the high-quality development of the enterprise.

During the activities, every staff can exchange points for corresponding gifts, such as air fryers, hair dryers, foot tubs, water dispensers, tents, lunch chairs, electric hot pots, induction cookers, laundry detergent, etc. This activity stimulates employees’ enthusiasm and creative thinking and injects sustainable vitality and creativity into the corporation. It has become a cornerstone of the corporation’s sustainable prosperity and steady progress, and a driving force for employees to realize professional growth and personal value.

We also designed several exciting games like “Squatting Like a Radish”, “Number Guessing”, “Musical Chairs”, “Grab Lucky Money”, etc. All this culminates in a lively atmosphere at the event.

Through these interactive games, our staff strengthened their cooperation, deepened mutual understanding, and promoted enterprise culture with relaxed and joyful characteristics.
