Application
The production line is used for continuous automatic pasting of battery grid made by expanding line.
Equipment features
2.1 The production line can complete the whole process from expanded grid unwinding, pasting, cutting, fast drying to high speed stacking, etc.;
2.2 The continuous pasting process greatly improves the production automation level, the whole production line only needs 3 ~ 4 operators (including 2 operators to take out the stacked plates), reduces the production cost of the battery, and improves the uniformity of the plate;
2.3 The plate stacking device is provided with cleaning unit. The plate can be pre-arranged in the stacking process to reduce the labor intensity of the workers.
2.4 The whole process is cold processing, no pollution, no lead loss;
2.5 The whole line adopts PLC control, advanced and reliable.
