Dean Hu said that the Chinese Language and Culture College is the Ministry of Education's "Teaching Base for National Foreign Language", "Key Colleges and Univisities for Supporting Chinese Teaching in Neighboring Countries", "Chinese Government Scholarship Preparatory Education Base", and is the language field special service export base for the Ministry of Commerce, the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China and the Ministry of Education, as well as the "Chinese Language and Culture Education Base" for the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council and enjoys high reputation overseas.

At present, it has cultivated more than 60,000 talents from more than 100 countries and regions in the world, and has special advantages in international Chinese accelerated education, "order-based" talent training, children of overseas employees receiving preparatory education to study at BGI, and internship and employment for overseas students.
