One more overseas installation and commissioning service project of Better Group ended perfectly

A few days ago, one project management team of Better Group returned from overseas, ended the quarantine period and returned to work in the company. This marks the perfect conclusion of another overseas service project of the company.

This is another concrete practice of Better Group's implementation of the corporate mission of "Let made-in-China beautify the world". It is another example of China's battery manufacturing technology to enter a new market. It opens a new chapter in the export of our battery manufacturing technology. The company has made new achievements in consolidating and expanding the international market.

In recent years, under the environment of repeated global epidemic situation and complex and changeable economic situation, why did Better Group overcome many difficulties and organize teams of project engineers and technical experts to travel around the world for many times?

Firstly, in order to fulfill the project service commitment to customers as scheduled, lead the rapid delivery of customers' battery manufacturing projects, and put customers' battery factory projects into production quickly. 

Secondly, because we always believe that product cooperation is only the starting point, and to be able to provide customers with long-term High-quality service is the magic weapon for gaining customer recognition, standing on market competition, and maintaining the vitality of the enterprise. 

Thirdly, if the equipment manufacturer lacks a complete after-sales service system, lacks professional technical knowledge such as equipment installation, commissioning, and daily upgrade and maintenance, it will affect the equipment service life, thereby reducing the overall return on the customer's project.

According to the company's project leader, in the process of completing each project, the Better team uses its rich experience to help customers solve practical problems in real time, and also makes some improvements to the function and application of lead-acid battery production equipment, making the customer's battery factory project has rapidly expanded and increased production, and these measures are deeply supported and recognized by the customer.
