In 26^th Oct morning, Grand Elite Club, with the theme of "Enter into famous enterprises and learn from benchmarking enterprises", a Fujian study tour group entered arrived in Better Technology Group Limtied (hereinafter referred to as Better Group). After watching the corporate video and listening to the company's introduction, under the leadership of the members of the team, all the entrepreneurs of study tour from Grand Elite Club  visited the cultural wall, product wall and office environment of Better Group. Through field visits and exchanges, they have more comprehensive understanding of Better Group's development history, service projects, core products and other contents.

Later, all entrepreneurs discussed the excellent operation management system currently applied by Better Group.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mrs. Wei, the President of Better Group, made an opening speech, introducing the background and achievements of the introduction of our excellent performance management system to all the entrepreneurs. Mrs.Wei said that in order to promote the company's professional skills, management ability, management thinking and other further optimization and improvement, under the unanimous vote of the company's senior management team, the company signed a contract with Grand Innovation and Development Research Institute in September 2021, and formally introduced Grand Elite Club's project - exceltlent performance management system. Mr. Liang Guanlong and Mrs. Liang Juan from Grand consulting team entered the company to provide on-site guidance to the whole team for three months. The guidance content mainly includes organizational design and function optimization, exceltlent performance management system, authorization management, salary and incentive scheme design, position description writing, etc

Mrs. Wei also said that up to now, the excellent performance management system has been put into practice Better Group for more than a year. Under the leadership of two teachers, the whole team has continued to explore in practice and gradually improved in exploration, which has basically promoted the optimization and improvement of our internal process standardization, authorization management, organizational structure, monthly/ quarterly/ annual performance appraisal, etc., and has really trained the whole team of Better Group to comprehensively improve the management theory, method, tool and practice. Of course, we have also found some shortcomings and problems. In the future, we will continue to learn under the guidance of the professional management team, adhere to the review, and continue to promote the optimization and solidification of the excellent performance management system in our company, so that our company can more effectively provide customers with better and better products and services.
