1. Statement of Company Name Change

     On Dec. 3rd, 2021, upon approval by Xiamen Jimei Market Supervision and Administration, our company name has been changed from "Better (Xiamen) Power Technology Co., LTD." to" Better Technology Group Limited ", and we have completed the procedures for the company name change and obtained a new business license issued by Xiamen Jimei Market Supervision and Administration.

     Please refer to the attachment Notice on approval of the company change registration for details about the company name change approved by Xiamen Jimei Market Supervision and Administration.

2. Reasons for Company Name Change

      We change the company name based on the company's business development, positioning and strategic planning, and for the purpose of fully and accurately matching the development strategy, promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the company.

3. Explanation of Other Matters

     3.1  After the company name change, the legal entity and the legal relationship remain unchanged, so the contracts signed before the company name change shall remain valid, and the business relationship before the company name shall remain unchanged. Therefore, both your company and our company shal continue to perform the contract signed before the company name change.

       3.2  Only the company name has been changed, while our company's bank account number, account bank, tax number, website, qualification, address, email and telephone number have not been changed.

     3.3  For the tax invoice issued by your company to our company, please use "Better Technology Group Limited" as the payer from the date of this announcement; the invoice issued by our company to your company will use "Better Technology Group Limited" as the payee from the date of this announcement.
