Better Group organized a kick-off meeting for the IT project

On the afternoon of Sep. 1st, 2022, Better Technology Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as Better Group) organized a kick-off meeting for the IT project. The company's middle and senior managers, project leaders and members and other relevant responsible persons attended the meeting together.

At the meeting, Mr. Huang, vice president of operations of Better Group (project manager of this IT project) gave clear instructions on the project background, project implementation, personnel arrangement and other matters, and put forward clear requirements for the project target construction. He said that the project team will implement full-process control over project progress management, project communication mechanism, project implementation process and technology during the entire project implementation and construction, and maintain a continuous and efficient communication process with cooperating units. He clarified the idea of project implementation and construction in all aspects of strategy, tactics and specialty , and hope that relevant personnel from all departments will actively cooperate.

Then, Mr. Lu, the project manager of the cooperative enterprise, made a systematic introduction to the team composition, implementation services, project planning, project goals and many other aspects. He also said that he will actively promote the demand research, system deployment and customized function development of the IT project management system, and invest resources to ensure the realization of the project goals. Then, Mr. Jin, the chairman of the cooperative enterprise, made a concluding speech. He said that he was very honored to participate in the IT project of Better Group, and hoped that everyone would seize the opportunity to learn, actively participate in every process of the project, improve their professional skills competitiveness, and jointly promote the efficient achievement of the company's goals .

After the kick-off meeting, the person in charge of the IT project of Better Group and the person in charge of each department also conducted in-depth discussions with the person in charge of the cooperative unit and members on the specific work of system integration, demand docking, function development and so on.

The convening of this meeting marks the official start of the informatization project of Better Group. It is expected that it will lay a solid foundation for the management and application of the entire information system of Better Group in the future.
