The afternoon of the event saw employees exchanging their accumulated points for various prizes, with joy and excitement filling the air. Meanwhile, some annual superstar staff were also rewarded with special recognition, further motivating all employees and igniting anticipation for the coming year. 

The company also celebrated the birthdays of employees born in the fourth quarter of 2024, with cakes and thoughtful gifts, conveying the company’s care and strengthening the cohesion of the entire group.

At the beginning of the year-end banquet, Better Tech Group’s Chairwoman Wei Yanping delivered a speech, reflecting on market fluctuations, challenges, and opportunities. She acknowledged the impressive achievements made through the collective efforts of the Better Tech Group team and also pointed out areas for improvement, calling on all employees to unite with determination and courage to push forward toward the company’s ambitious goals.

At last, Chairwoman Wei expressed her sincere gratitude to every employee for their hard work, wishing everyone a happy and prosperous New Year. 

In this event, Better Tech Group colleagues gathered around, savoring the dishes while sharing friendship and the hard-earned honors of the past year, creating a warm and festive environment.

After enjoying the delicious food, the thrilling lucky draw added to the event's excitement. Amidst applause and cheers, the leaders revealed the lucky winners, and the atmosphere climaxed.
